I feel the biggest benefit of living in planned cities is the lifestyle and amenities that you get. I mean the shopping malls, schools, colleges, sports complexes, hospitals, roads, no water logging, no or barely any power cuts! Rental yeilds trends in Chennai
Q: Does anyone have any idea what is the trend in the Rental yields in Chennai?

My comments to replies
Chennai has seen an up ward trend in the rental values, especially in the areas such as Guduvancheri and Porur, due to the presence of MNCs and IT companies.
I heard you get more returns compared to FD's as in case of Mahindra World City My friend told me his EMi is 18000 and rentals are 10000..this was the super..even I am planning to invest there..any thoughts.. Do you know about any new projects worth invest?
