The project is located in Sector 110 A, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. Aura consists of luxurious 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments. The project is located on Dwarka Expressway, just 2 KMs away from Delhi Boarder.It is very close to all modern ameneties & conveniences. The construction of the structure of all the towers is almost complete. The project has four phases of construction. First three phases are completely sold out. The possession of first phase will start in June 2014. The possession of fourth phase is in Feb 2016. Only 4 BHK apartment of 2397-2428 sq-ft. are available. There is no 3BHK available.

Hi all,
OC received for Phase V. Buyer will soon get the demand letter and other documents for registration. All formalities must be completed within 60 days from date of issue of offer of letter of possession.
I am sure the formalities will be done in a short span when buying a property with a good builder like Mahindra. Thank you for sharing this update.
