I was never fond of Andheri east area, infact never liked it and thought its undeveloped, until I landed a job in a good company in the same area. I found the area so good, literally. It has such good infrastructure and crowd too. Hi Hitesh, I have read so many reviews for this project and I decided to check for some more options. I hope you do a lot of research about this before you make this purchase decsion. Thankfully my research lead me to check out a property at a prime location i.e. Andheri East, there is a new project by Mahindra Lifespaces called Vivante. The amenities and the location are pretty good plus proximity to malls, metro, highway surely will fetch good returns in future. The graph is just going to rise up, so I would suggest if you are planning to invest now, just go for it. It will surely fetch you a good ROI over the time.
