Can govt property be amalgamated with private property
Q: I have come across a petition wherein, the petitioners claim that a particular property in Bengaluru has obtained Amalgamated Khata certificate from the municipality. They also alleged and challenged this in the court saying that in India, government property cannot be amalgamated with private property or vice versa. Need some knowledge about it. If it is true and what are the exceptions if any.
