As per my recent conversation with builder, they have applied for the OC and CC for phase one so that they can start offering possession.

Hello...Please if anyone can help me. I liked the property as I went and saw it yesterday. Can I think of investing now in this project. Is it legally approved from all aspect. If anyone has any knowledge about the same kindly share it please.
I have a unit in Tower E its fully ready I performed Pooja on 9th december 2016 , waiting for possession letter.
