I have booked 2 flats in this project and there is no response from builder as per my Agent Mane, I have visited several times to their office but it is closed, latest info I have is that Mr Mahendra is in custody and a trail is going on him in the court of law. Can someone share contact details of builders. Thanks.
Hi Sachin,
They are the worst builder in MMR. Almost all of their projects are on hold. Buyers and investors who have booked their flats in their project are still waiting for their flat possession. It is also come to hear that builders was in jail for few days. Lot's of fraud cases filed in their name. Just finger crossed and wait for the judgement by court.
