Builder has already taken 88% of the total due. Of remaining 12% 4% is due on possession. I expect this to be completed by end 2017. Hi, I am interested in Akshar Green World, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Is there any 2BHk is available for resale in it? What will be the price all including?
Current price is 9,000 psf. Area is 1245 sf. There are slew of other charges. 2BHK will cost you between 1.4-1.5cr.
