the reputation of mittal brothers
Q: how is the builder. i have heard that the builder has bad reputation of delaying possession and being lier.buyers in petals wakad, which is mittals brothers another project have not the possesion from last 3 yrs . the construction is good though

My comments to replies
You are right Manish....This builder is known for big delays & poor construction quality. One should visit Crosswinds, Balewadi which got delayed by many years & still flats are available for sale. Other projct - One Nation near Pimpale Saudagar where work has almost stopped. So, do all your due diligence before investing any of their project.
I've just received some materials about the High Mont project. Again, its looking good on paper. But after I sent off a few questions to the Sales rep, I'm seeing these feedbacks on their reputation. Now I'm in two minds whether I should go in or not. They are promising a lot of payment options to make the purchase easy.
