Stinking Surrounding
Q: we went to visit prathana builders at andheri but were welcomed with a gush of stinking lavatory smell, poor slum areas and ghastly surroundings, We have visited prathana in dadar and other projects and this is by far the worst, they should do something about it atleast remove the lavatory and have a decent entry!!

Hello Sir, Prarthana La Alteza was launched in the year May'2014 and if there is any such issue, buyers of this project must raise their voice and post the update on any real estate forum site but till now there is not a single negative reviews buy the buyers. I think, it will be temporarily for few months. I think you should talk to the builder regarding this issue.
I don't think its advisable to buy a flat atleast here in the veera desai area till the current surrounding situation is looked into, i mean there is a BMC Lavatory at the entrance!! The entrance to your future home makes all the difference, on talking to similar buyers they seemed to have the same problem with la alteza project, if the builder took care i feel he would definitely get more buyers
