Price quoted for a 2bhk flat of the offered carpet area is too much. Is it worth the buy?
Q: They are quoting ~45 lacs all inclusive for a 2bhk. The project has just started their construction and project will complete in 3 years as said by the sales team. When we look at buying the apartment during construction phase and appreciation over 3 years later, its not really worth buying it is what i think.
