What are development charges and how much should a builder ask as development charges in mulund, mumbai
Q: Builder has asked 15 % of the flat cost as development charges which comes to rs 19 lacks which is exhorbitant. Is there's always say Rs 100 or Rs. 150/- per sq ft which is read to be charged

Hi, The development charges in Mumbai is Rs. 35/sq-ft. or Rs. 350/sq-mtr. as per the Maharashtra Government.
Development Charge of flat , carpet area 302.31 sft , O/C issued 16/12/16 sec 8 plot 46 Ulwe Navi Mumbai be intimated urgently . I want to purchase now i.e 16/02.17
