Undri has depreciated over the time by 1% whereas Charholi has appreciated by around 4%, I can tell you that within 2 years, both the areas would not have any scope of price appreciation. You should consider areas like Pimpri Chinchwad or Dobarwadi for investment purposes. With some good residential projects by well known brands, people are surely investing in these areas because of the quality of construction. I recently came across a Mahindra project called L'artista. The infrastructure is really good offering 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK flats within your budget range. The project is well in close to the enetrtainment and social hubs too.
