The whole area is convenient for buses and autos. Its close proximity to metro-station makes it very convenient for metro travelers. As per my research the prices of the apartments have also doubled since it was launched, which has made it a very profitable investment. My study suggests that if you are looking for an investment in real estate, then this project is the one to go for. However, you must hurry up if you're planning to buy, as the builder is giving out possession for most of the towers which makes it a ready to move in property thereby implying that prices would go up by almost 1000rs in the next couple of months.
I am residents of PARAS TIEREA. My only suggection, please never buy in Paras Tierea.

Paras Tierea Studio Apartments is one of the popular residential developments in Sector-137, neighborhood of Noida. It is among the ongoing projects of Paras Buildtech India Pvt Ltd. It has lavish yet thoughtfully designed residences in1 Blocks.
I am sure, you never visited Paras Tierea and never met any Paras Tierea Resident.
