I have booked one flat in Amrapali Terrace Home. It is shocking that till date there is info reg.possession.

My comments to replies
Hi Deepa, We have to take action against Amrapali. Now time has come to do something because they are doing nothing since last 7-8 months and we have paid 90% payments to the builder. we have to take legal action against the builder. Lets meet and together we can discuss how we have to proceed further. Please also update me anything on Terrace homes, my e-mail satendersingh.gill@gmail.com. Satender Singh
I too have booked the flat 6 year ago in Amrapali terrace home and paid 90% payment but it is surprise there is not update from builder there is need all buyer to come together and complaint to RERA and legal action against amrapali. RERA is implemented from 1st May and there is penalty clause if builder is not giving flat and action. Buyers and Residents of Amrapali terrace home please update and add me in group for legal action /complaints to RERA. I may be reached at arihantshah.tgc@gmail.com
