Hi Deepa, We have to take action against Amrapali. Now time has come to do something because they are doing nothing since last 7-8 months and we have paid 90% payments to the builder. we have to take legal action against the builder. Hi. We have also invested in amrapali's terrace homes in 2012. Till date there is no clarity on wen they intend to give possession, it is already beyond timeline. We are now keen on applying to NCRDC for refund and interest. As mentioned in today's newspapers as well, the SC has ruled in favour of consumers against amrapali. So we can apply for refund either in groups, so the costs INR 1crore, or even apply as RWA. Today's news is a really good news for those seeking refund. Please share if you are interested in claiming this refund on shreya.tiwari@gmail.com and also mark Mr.Satender Singh in the loop. So we can carry forth our conversation and proceed accordingly.
