HI Prachi, Even I had Booked in Nirmal Olympia, And i think as the project is a gurantee project , that if the construction is not completed within the said date, they will start giving Rent as per area booked.So what should be done. Stay away from this builder (Nirmal Group). They are in this field to grab our hard earned money. This is bogus company with intention to only use money of customer and not delivering any project. Almost all it project is no progress. i have booked flat in Olympia in Mulund West and still that project is not start. And on cancelling of my booking they had given me check but not yet cleared. Now i m going to file a case against the builder and consult a lawyer, he is saying that if i file a case in a group it will be more effective. Those who are ready to file a consumer case, can mail their id and phone no.
