Legality of LG Rose Heritage.
Q: Can anybody advise on the current state of affairs in LG Rose Heritage? I would like to purchase one plot there. Can we register the plot in my name and get Khata? Is there any problem since it is in Green zone? The developer is telling that only we can construct 3 floors because of green zone. Any chance it is coming under BBMP soon? I heard like that also. If anybody having answers please let me know.
