Q: What is the status of the project and what are the size of the apartments they are offering?

What all amenities the project is offering and how is the locality?
Builder has delayed the project and has not yet completed many finishing works. Till date the builder is able to deliver only tower C (front facing) and other towers are still under construction. Home buyers should buy this only if they are ready to wait for at least two years from now to get the homes delivered. By that time you will get a very good houses at best prices in nearby locality. Though this is a very good investment for future, genuine home buyers may look for other properties. The builder is not reliable as they have not been able to deliver the project as promised.
