Q: I purchase 2 bhk at J block 308, I am very disappointment at the customer service, i ask last 2 days the registration cheque got are not anybody didnt tell the answer its very very carelessness, sorry for telling i want cancellation the purchase, it look like a goverment office i speak to mumbai landline also he tell i tell happinest he will call you now i wilnt get any calls from happinest this for very discourage the customer, i wilnt not refer any one to happinest
Latest Answer: I don't think cancellation is the best option since you would loose a big chunk in terms of appreciation and also cancellation fees. The best way is to email/call them and wait for them to get back to you. Remember to take the name of the person whom you have spoken to, will help when you would want to complain. I wrote to them on twitter and they called back within a couple of hours and everything was sorted then and there.
