I have booked my flat on 24th Dec and paid 1st installment as well, but not yet received any receipt or paper. Whenever I query for the same and call , everytime I get excuses like some accountatnt is on leave or director's signature is left and he is not in the city. It's been 1 month and I am really fed up with this. Is there any one who can help or advise here.

Hi shailesh, do one thingm directly go to their office and ask for the matter. Oresle, send me a legal notice stating the problem you have faced and if yet no replies, file a complain in the consumer court. Or you can aslo join owner's gorup of Sikkka Kaama Greens , Noida and check out if any one else have faced the similar problem.
Hiii Shaiesh/Sukhwinder I'm also a working man i have also booked my flat in sikka kaamna Greens and also give possession. When i went to the site the work is going at a rapid speed and soon it will be completed and soon we all will get flat. I also went to there office they gave me surety that they will give possession soon I have trust on the sikka builder.

Hii Poonam You can list online but why you are selling Sikka Kaamna Greens flat it is one of the best property in noida area.Offering modern amenities and Facilities and other interior facilities for adults as well as children.
