If you are not very keen on Perambakkam, then you can explore this option too, as the distance between these areas is hardly 15 minutes. To add to, this is a Mahindra project, and with the goodwill that they hold, you can be relieved about the formalities. I had a swift experience with them. Also,the maintenance costs depends on the BHK option you opt for. You will have to find out about that.
