Yes, PMC has approved Dheeraj Jade Residences, Wagholi, Pune. And almost all the banks and financial institutions are funding this project. It is a completed project so there is no issue and i did not get any negative reviews about this project and its builder. You can go for it.
Do you have NOCAS (Airport) authority approval. heared about that 8,9,10 floor is constructing without airport authority permission .who is already staying in jade.
