Illegal 4th floor added
Q: HI I Wanted to buy flat in old building which has 4 floors . but building plan has G plus 3 permission. I am going to buy 3rd floor flat . Is that suggestible . is that 4th floor flat owners will have UDS in total area.

Latest Answer: I would suggest you not to go for an apartment where you already know that one floor is illegally built. Any time demolition drive may take place and hard earned money will go in vain.
