I have been a customer of Modi Builders for quite some time now. Modi Splendour is really beautiful in looks and by structure, it is strong. I have satyed her for 2 years, the rent is okay, not too much. I stayed at 2BHK flat, everything was nice in there. There is garden and swimming pool that I like very much. I go there every weekend to relax and there is no crowd there.
