Q: My plot total area is 1732sqft corner plot and both side roads are 30 feet . It is a Dtcp approval plot. i am going to construct an apartments, my question is how many homes I can get and how much total construct area is allowed to construct, and how many floors I can get. Suppose if I sub divided my plot into {866sqft +866sqft}means ,shall I get more houses?
