How is the locality? Is it too noisy? I want to purchase a flat at a peaceful area.

My comments to replies
As far as locality is concerned, Balewadi is a rapidly emerging area on the Western Corridor of Pune. It has become a prominent area for software professionals working in the nearby Hinjewadi IT Park and other IT Parks nearby. Mumbai - Pune expressway is a major reason for its steady growth. It also has good accessibility to the other locations of Pune through a strong road network. Strategic location and well developed infrastructure are the main factors encouraging the growth of the area and establishing it as a preferred destination for property buyers. All the daily basic amenities are within walking distance.
I have been searching for a new 2 bhk flat from past 1 month. Thanks for the information, it is going to help me for sure. Looking forward to visit Perfect 10.
