I am planning to buy flat in Luxor appartment at kondapur(gated community). can some on suggest, is that right choice.

Hi naresh, the construction quality of that property is bad. The water point is dislocated and the plugin points are not at a proper place. Since you asked for a suggestion, I would advise you to look at Mahindra Ashvita which is at hitec city. First confirm if it is RERA registered. Secondly, since it is near dwarka expressway project, I would also advise you to check other options that cater to your needs. Rainy water logging issues at this area
Q: Heard about that during rainy seasons, this particular area will be suffering from water logging issues. Is that true?? Or is it specific to the building construction plan??

Hi pradeep, the said property faces water shortage. And the roads get spoilt due to the rain. You should avoid that area and checkout other areas and various other builders.
