How wise is it to invest in Jaycee Kanjurmarg
Q: The prices at the Kanjurmarg project are really lucrative. Plus the amenities are good and the builder is reputed. My only concern is that everybody has told me that I could get stuck with a delay of 4-5 years additional over and above the committed delivery. In that light, would this be a wise investment? will it appreciate and come at par with the other projects in vicinity?

Hi Is there anyone who has booked in Savana Kanjur Marg project? have got any intimation from builder that the project will get delayed and if you want to cancel your booking you will get your money back ONLY AFTER 3 YEARS. They are now telling us that it will take another 1 year to start the work.
