Right Raghavendra.....The Hyderabad District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-2 recently ordered Narne Estates, a real estate company, to pay a compensation of Rs 1 lakh and Rs 5,000 as costs to a plot buyer apart from returning Rs 2.68 lakh with nine per cent interest for not developing the layout.
Sir can you please provide full judgement.
