Q: Can anyone give me the feedback or review on sri aditya homes? the builder review?

My comments to replies
One more concern about this project i heard is its on the banks of the Amber Lake (Pragathi Nagar Lake) which has more minerals and not suitable for drinking or usage. Can some one assist me on the same if you have genuine information.
Residing in near by apartment for last 6 years.This is the drainage lake.All Nizampet village drainage will merged in the lake.Very foul smell between morning 6 to 12 AM.Dont buy Buy flat considering lake view

Can someone give me genuine reviews? I mean from ppl already living in sri aditya home builders like sunshine,Avalon...can we trust them on timely delivery without any hassles, quality and other factors? Pls reply on these apsects...
residing in near by appartment. During last year rain in construction I seen walls collapsed.Also you will face foul smell from the lake as Nizampet drinage will merge in the lake
