Does anybody know the status of govt approvals for this project.
Q: As far as I know, they are yet to get the DTCP and some other approvals. They are telling it will be done next month..but they are promptly telling me this every month for the past 1 and half year!!. I am concerned whether any serious issue is there for getting approval. Also, they have not yet restarted construction. They have promised delivery by july 2013!!!

Hi Surendar, I had visited the project last month. Now its reached 2nd floor. But since the work was going on, they didnt allow me to have a close look. I heard that banks have already started disbursing loan towards the 2nd and 3rd installment of this project.. Sudhir 9809012200
