Is it good to buy flat in Mahaveer Zephyr in Kodichikkanahalli, Bangalore
Q: I recently visited Mahaveer Zephyr property in Kodichikknahalli Bangalore. I liked the locality and builder seems to be reputed. Is this property clear from legal disputes(litigation) and does it have all required certificates.

Thanks Gairik for the info. Anybody who has booked apartment in Mahaveer Zephyr, could you please suggest or share whether your buying experience was hassle free and the possession date mentioned by builder (Dec-16) is attainable.
