Bulland elevated extn.project
Q: I have invested in 2010 but till date no hope for completing the project after 7 years only we are paying only EMI. Bad exp.

Hello Pradeep, I have called Bulland Group to check possession status. Here is the update from one of their sales team.... Except Tower-D. They will start issuing possession letter for all the towers in March 2018 and physical possession would be in July - August 2018. For Tower - D, Possession would go around December 2018.
Hi! I too just chip into the project site, and I was told too that possession for Tower A will be given in June 2018. Further, I had to pay extra money for higher area - 1168 to 1225 sq. ft. Did anyone of you pay? And, further what's about the 'compensation' for delayed possession? Any idea?
