Hi Rohan, There are certain things which a buyer have to judge himself. If you are talking about water facility in the society then you have to visit the project site and ask the nearby society residents. ask to the nearby shopkeepers, they will tell you the ground reality.
Hi Keshavrao, Am also planning to book a flat at Gagan adira. I heard from the sales executive that the possession for the entire property is at June 2019, If it's December 2019, then it will be too late, can u please share the actual possession date.
