We have booked a plot in june in Cosmos Dream City, through your agent person,said allotment letter will issue on october, check will drawn on september, but till today nothing work done,and now the agent does not contact with us,whenever we call he tell lie,or keep phone switch off . What the reason?

You are planning to buy plots in Rjarhat, Kolkata which is not a childish play. So, i will advise you that you should visit the project site, check the required legal documents, check the proposed road, connectivity and daily basic amenities from the project site and then proceed. Now-a-days there are lot's of fake cases are going on, take a wise decision before buying property anywhere in India.....Thanks
When you go for registration of your property, ask the list original copy from the registrar office. They will provide you the original sets of documents.
I have to collect from the registrar?
