Promised to give possession by 2016 but still pending why? Why Enkay Garden give fake promises to all the customers?
Q: If I have made any mistake in my life, it would be buying a flat at Enkay Garden. They always give fake promises which will never be implemented at ground level. I bought a Flat on Phase II 2 years back and they promised to give possession in 1 year. But still there is no hope of getting flat. They have disbursed 95% of my loan and the construction is still pending. I am paying interest as well as rent till now and no hope from Enkay Garden

I had booked a 2BHK flat in 2010 and as per agreement builder was supposed to give possession by 2015. However, there is no construction work going on since many years and builder is giving reasons just to misguide customers. I am planning to file a case against the builder. If there is someone who has already filed a case or would like to file a case against Enkay then please contact me.
