Planning to book a 2bhk apt in Orchid Lakeview. Please let me know if it is worth buying an apartment here.
Q: Hello All, We are planning to buy an apartment at Orchid Lakeview. Please let me know if it worth buying. Also we are worried about the water and teh foam in the near by lake , but the sales person is promising that the lake will be cleared within the next 2 years.

My comments to replies
Hello Divya, I think that price is a bit higher and its maintenance cost will also be higher (Rs.5000 approx) per month. This is a very good project if it was not near to Bellandur Lake. Construction quality is good and they have provided some good amenities. It is very close to heavily polluted Bellandur Lake, Just opposite to the Bridge.
one more issue is there, in front of society there is Mosque, which create so much noise five times in a day. This is one of the big drawback of this society.
