Vipul World, Gurgaon
Q: Hi, I am in the process of buying a builder floor in Vipul World, sec 48, Gurgaon in F Block. I have heard that F block have a cremation ground near it. Can anyone explains how far it is, and is it functional.

Hi Chetali, Waterlogging has been a big issue in the society in the rainy season. The drainage systems have fared no better.No action was taken by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) officials even after being alerted about the waterlogging several times.
Hi Bhawnna, Thanks for your reply. Are you a resident of Vipul world? So water logging is a issue in all blocks or only in F block?

Yes, there are water treatment plant and cremation ground which is the main issue for this project as it spread smells of waste in the daytime. Visit the project site and check the locality and its connectivity to the other parts of the city. Also, check the electricity and water facilities in the society. Check with the local authority that in future, this water logging and cremation ground may be resolved or not.
Thanks Krishna, do you have anyone known living there who can guide as I have visited the place alone many times and enquired a lot.
