Promised to give possession by 2016 but still pending why? Why Enkay Garden give fake promises to all the customers?
Q: If I have made any mistake in my life, it would be buying a flat at Enkay Garden. They always give fake promises which will never be implemented at ground level. I bought a Flat on Phase II 2 years back and they promised to give possession in 1 year. But still there is no hope of getting flat. They have disbursed 95% of my loan and the construction is still pending. I am paying interest as well as rent till now and no hope from Enkay Garden

Hi Sunil, But as per the builder, Enkay Garden at Taloja has all the required permissions and approvals for its development. Phase I & II of the project have commencement certificate from Alibaug Town Planning Authority, Environmental clearance and other such required permissions. Permission from Airport Authority of India has also been acquired. Buyers in Phase I of the project have been given possession in the year 2013 and individual electricity meters and MIDC water is being provided to them. The construction work in Phase II is in progress, it was stalled for some time due to delay in environment clearance, however, it has been resolved and the permissions are in place. Work has begun in full swing and we intend to complete the work at phase II soon.
this is false news still Phase I PEOPLE ARE GETTING TANKER WATER. WE HAVE BOOKED FLAT MORE THAN 5 YEARS 2 NOS 1BHK STILL HE IS GIVING FALSE ASSUREANCE. WE NEED ALL FLAT OWNERS WHO HAS BOOKED FLAT , COME FORWARD AND LODGE CASE AGAINST BLDR MY NUMBER 98677 23843
