Hi All, We went to see the property last Friday and they said there is offer going on four to five lakhs flat off but u have to book today only because its month end.they said book it once and then if u want to cancel it u can do it easily. And thats the big mistake we did. We booked the Unit with transaction of one lakh. After that because of poor connectivity we changed our mind and send cancellation mail. now they are saying that no U are not going to get that. u have to pay more thirty thousand as cancellation and administrative charges. During this pandemic situation they are really putting us in trouble.
