It was very good experience with Pavani Sarovar. I have booked a flat in pavani sarovar recently. They said that the project is BBMP approved and A khatha property.
I got all my documents verified and they are all proper. Till now my experience has been good and I have no issues legally also.

Apartment sizes are available from 1120 - 1305 sq.ft (built-up area) in 2BHK and from 1725 - 1745 sq.ft (built-up area) in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.4250 per sqft.

Thanks for the information Navneet. I am also looking for a 2 BHK flat in Pavani Sarovar, Whitefield. I have some queries regarding approvals. As you have mentioned that you have verified all the legal documents. I just want to know which local body has approved it and which all banks are funding this project?
