How is the quality of contruction
Q: I am considering investing In this property but read bad reviews about construction quality.Can anyone provide a feedback on this

Hello Parul, I have visited the project site a month back, the location of the property is really good. It is a 100% Vastu with good design and amenities. Dust is the only drawback of this locality.Their asking rate is 4000 per sqft. They have clear documents. BBMP, BWSSB, BESCOM and A Khata approved project. Almost all the leading banks are funding this project.
Hi Pritosh, Thank you so much for providing more information on SV Legacy project. I am also considering buying a flat in this apartment. But when I contacted them, they were quoting a higher rate. Is the rate of Rs. 4000/- per sqft a recent quote that you got form them? I would also like to know if there is any discussion forums for people who have already booked their flats in SV Legacy?
