Hi,
I am planning to buy a flat in BM House project at Varthur Road developed by BM builders, Bangalore. This builder is making many projects now but i guess there are some rumours also. Do any of you know actually how this builder is and how is the construction quality of the flats ? Kindly reply and help. Thanks a lot in advance.
As far as I know they are one of the successful developers in Bangalore. They have successfully completed variety of projects like construction of residential houses, multi-storied buildings,,apartments, commercial complexes etc.
I don't agree. I feel taking a bad decision by buying flat at BM Magnolia, flase promises. When flat is given not even basic things like elevator is given, poor quality door fittings. Unskilled workers for sanitary work. I had to talk to different people to get electric boards setup correctly, upgrade bathroom to wall mounted wc. Builder calls only for payment once done, they ask you call us to know the possession date, I cant call you because of busy work

Ok 6 projects completed. How many got the OC? How many still have unsold flats? For example, BM Glorietta has no OC. BM Magnolia started in 2014 and reported to be complete like elevator, some landscaping (I doubt), basic ameneties- elevators, electric meter, STP by mid- 2019. Gym, swiming pool may be by 2019 year end

Its the worst builder ever. So many fake promises . Customer will get to know when project will complete and he will shift there to stay. Very bad quality of work. All the builder and marketers are thieves. Before taking any decision anybody can go n visit the latest projects and take the feedbacks from the owners randomly.
Latest projects are BM Glorietta , BM Marvel in Borewell road which is not very far from BM Mangolia .
I agree builder is not good. I booked a flat in BM Magnolia in Jun-2017.
Construction quality is questionable. My under construction flat is showing seepage signs.
Poor quality door fittings- Puma company
Sanitary fittings- Huida company
Insufficient socket. Just one in bed room, 2 in hall, 2 in kitchen. Can you imagine it where you will plug charger, laptop, mosquito repellant. Who ask how many socket will be there while buying flat. But we should.
False promise- they told back in June-2017 I ll get possession in May-2018. Now, they say after Aug. I was surprised in by their definition of possession. Just the flat with temporary electricity with no meter and elevators will be installed months later. I am in jeopardy with 80% payment done and I ll have lot of hardship to ask builder to fix seepage sign and get my flat ready

Recently i had purchased a flat in bm magnolia its is having all amenities the first i am looking is vaastu all the flats are 100% vastu,iam planning to purchase corner flat in 2nd floor but its is booked but now i had booked east facing,dont get confused with negative revives first visit the magnolia then see all documents then purchase i had done same thing now iam happy with my project
In BM Magnolia Aspen people started living in Mar-2017 but elevator work is not completed yet, rather started in Mar-2018. I am talking about basic ameneties, Is STP operational? What about water harvesting? Is there some plantation/land scaping yet? CCTV camera isn't there yet.
