I bought a plot in NRI golden city at Rs. 4500 per SFT six years back. Do any body aware about the present and future?

went to the site yesterday, all the electric poles are cut off and the road inside the plots are in bad shape. But I have noticied they have put two new 9 inches bore in the common area, looks like there will be some development activity. I have taken some pictures, I can share it if you are interested. The block numbers are still visible, I could see mine.
