Yes, i agree with you Hariharan Sir. I have booked a flat in Akshaya project January 4 yrs back. The builder promised to hand over the flat in 2014. It was a totally false promise as after two and half years they ask for one more year to complete the project. And worst customer service no one bothers to answer your concerns. Their claims for delivery on time as stated by their management are all completely false. Construction work is going at a snail pace from the beginning of the project. Check all the required legal approvals before booking ur dream home.
Same here - I booked an apartment in 2016 with handover date promised in Mar 2017 - which got pushed to different dates multiple times and they have finally landed at Oct 2019.This is like a "Catch me if you can" scenario Wonder if it will ever get completed and handed over. I regret this decision !!
