I STRONGLY disagree , i bought a flat with them in their project BBCL Ashraya, delayed by more than 2 years, still not completed , may take until end of 2018 or start of 2019. No compensation at all, some owners were forced to sign documents which state they have no issues with BBCL in order to apply for possession. I personally know some senior citizens were insulted by their staff , not shy of rowdyism used on them. They will lure you with a low rate, get a deposit , then slam you with more taxes , charges and more money, it is almost close to extortion.
