What will he rate if I book a flat 3bhk today
Q: If I find later that I have paid more money in booking that actually stated, will I get the balanced amount back. Thanks

in Fact buying flat today AT lODHA lAKE SHORE green S IS cheaper. We have paid Stamp duty and registration charges to the tune of 4.5 lakhs addational GST Charges. today the rates have not increased and there is no stamp duty and registration and GST charges.
