Hi All, I have been more than 6 months of cancelling the booking but still I am struggling to get my refund.SOBHA DREAM ACERS Team does not giving any clarity. I am planning to go for a legal action. SO If anyone facing same issue related to refund can contact me.As per the RERA refund policy builder should release the amount with in 45 days of date cancellation of property .These people think they are above the LAW and constitution. You did a good job canceling your booking for this project. Please do not buy in Sobha Dream Acres. Connectivity is very bad at this location. The road connecting from Panathur to Sobha is very narrow. Only one vehicle can pass at any time. This place has a deserted look. There is not even a single supermarket nearby

Hi Chetan, We are also in the same situation. We paid around 7lakh (10%) last year , but now due to some unexpected developments we are unable to go for property,but the team is saying they will deduct around 4.96lakhs and give the rest once the resale happens. Possession of the property is next year. Seeking ways to recover our hard earned money.
