Q: Iam planning to purchase a flat in odi's splendour apartments,just before confirming i want to know how much rent i can expect from a three bedroom of 1993 sq ft.Please reply.

The builders can structurally design the rent as per mutual understanding. They are not rigid regarding these things. It is comfortable to buy a home in any project by them.
