Hello Nikhil, Talegaon Dhamdhere lies in the vicinity of major industrial hubs at Ranjangaon, Shikrapur, and Sanaswadi thereby providing a number of job options to people residing in and around this place. Proximity to Pune International Airport along with major technological park like Pune IT Parka and The Cerebrum IT Park B1 have been a plus point for Talegaon Dhamdhere, driving rental demand and providing consistent rental yield. This locality is witnessing a good demand of residential properties due to thriving manufacturing industries around the area. The current Residential properties rate in the locality is very affordable compared to its nearby localities.
Okay, got your point but I guess before taking anyone any decision everyone should study these facts by their own.
